Ranakpur Temple Private Day Trip

After hotel pickup in Udaipur, you will head north to the village of Ranakpur. Enjoy panoramic views of the countryside and small towns of northern India during the two-hour journey in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle. Upon arrival in Ranakpur, known for its temples, you will receive insights from your expert local English-speaking guide about the renowned Ranakpur Jain Temple. This sanctuary, dedicated to the spiritual teacher Rishabhanatha, is one of the holiest sites for Jains.

The temple, built in the 15th century, is well-preserved in accordance with Jain beliefs, which prohibit damaged sculptures in temples. It is constructed from exquisitely carved pale-colored marble and supported by 1,444 uniquely designed pillars.

After exploring the temple, you will return to Udaipur and be dropped off at your hotel.
