Escondido Lake Horse Riding Tour

Admire the beautiful landscapes and unique views around Tierra del Fuego with this Escondido Lake Horse Riding Tour, which also includes transfer from Ushuaia.

Description

At the designated time, we will pick you up at your hotel in Ushuaia and drive you to the famous Escondido Lake in Tierra del Fuego. We will take National Route 3, crossing valleys and the Andes through Paso Garibaldi.

The off-road journey will conclude at a shelter by Lake Escondido, from where we will embark on a 1-hour horseback ride. The appropriate horse will be assigned to you, and after saddling, we will begin the ride.

During this one-hour route on horseback, we will explore a sub-Antarctic forest to learn about various botanical species, and visit the shores of Lake Escondido for the horses to drink water while we take in the scenic forests, valleys, and mountains.

The ride will conclude back at the shelter, where a snack will be provided, featuring Argentinean "facturas", slices of cake, and an infusion of your choice: coffee, tea, or "mate".

After the meal, we will return to Ushuaia to conclude the activity.
