Laguna Esmeralda Hike

After pickup from your hotel in Ushuaia, we will travel for 20 minutes to the hike's starting point in the valleys of Tierra del Fuego. Along the trail, we'll cross the Tierra Mayor Valley and the Esmeralda River Valley.

The hike will take approximately two hours through forested areas influenced by glaciers. At midday, we will reach the renowned Esmeralda Lagoon, known for its emerald green waters. Here, we will have a picnic featuring fruit, alfajores, empanadas, and warm tea.

After the break, we will retrace our steps, returning to our bus in just over two hours. You will be dropped off at your hotel in Ushuaia by 2:30 pm.

Important

Participants must wear long pants, waterproof jackets, and hiking boots. Additionally, bring a rucksack, water, gloves, a hat, sunglasses, and sun cream.
