Útica Horse Riding Tour

We'll enjoy the Colombian nature on this horseback ride through the outskirts of Útica. While riding, we'll also be able to observe different prehistoric fossils.

Útica Horse Riding Tour

We'll meet at a time of your choice at the Eco Camping Jacamar, located on the outskirts of the town of Útica.

After a brief technical briefing, we'll prepare with all the riding equipment and set off on a horseback ride. This tour will take us through different ravines and nature trails in the area.

We'll continue the equestrian route along the Gualivá River, crossing several mountain passes leading to an area where palaeontologists have found different fossils. Among the main remains of prehistoric animals found are the remains of ammonites.

During the route, we'll learn about these and other prehistoric beings found in the area, exploring what the region was like billions of years ago and the main species that existed. We'll also enjoy the green landscapes of Cundinamarca.

Finally, after approximately 50 minutes of riding, we'll return to the starting point to conclude the horseback ride.
