Útica Horse Riding Tour

We'll enjoy Colombian nature on this horseback ride through the outskirts of Útica. While riding, we'll also observe different prehistoric fossils.

Útica Horse Riding Tour

We'll meet at a time of your choice at the Eco Camping Jacamar, located on the outskirts of the town of Útica.

After a brief technical briefing, we'll prepare with all the riding equipment and set off on the horseback ride. This tour will take place in the surroundings of Útica, allowing us to ride through different ravines and nature trails in the area.

We'll continue the route along the Gualivá River, crossing several mountain passes leading to an area where palaeontologists have found different fossils. Among the main remains found are those of ammonites.

During the route, we'll learn about these and other prehistoric beings found in the area, including what the region was like billions of years ago and the main species that existed. Additionally, we'll enjoy the green landscapes of the Colombian department of Cundinamarca.

Finally, after approximately 50 minutes of riding, we'll conclude the horseback ride by returning to the starting point.
