Witness one of the most unique landscapes in the world when you take this fantastic trip to the Salar de Uyuni. You will stroll through the planet's largest salt flat and watch the sun setting over this magical landscape.

Salar de Uyuni Trip

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Uyuni and head to the Uyuni salt flat. During the journey, we will make a brief stop at the "train cemetery", full of rusty locomotives. We will also stop in Colchani, where we visit a salt processing plant to learn about the properties of salt and artisanal wares.

At midday, we enter the salt flat, which is the same size as Hawaii's 'Big Island' and contains 60% of the world's lithium. We will witness the process of salt extraction and enjoy a local meal.

After lunch, we will visit Incahuasi Island, famous for its giant cacti, where you'll have 40 minutes of free time for photos. The tour concludes with watching the sunset reflected in the salt flat. We will then return to your hotels in Uyuni after approximately 9 hours.
