Uyuni Salt Flat & Tunupa Volcano 3 Day Tour

On this 2-day tour, we'll admire the stunning natural beauty of the Uyuni salt flat, the largest salt desert in the world. Enjoy a magical sunset, see the Tunupa volcano and visit several Andean villages.

Description

Day 1

After being picked up from Uyuni Airport, we'll head to the world's largest salt flat. A stop will be made at the Train Cemetery, followed by a visit to the village of Colchani to see the local market and a salt processing plant. Subsequently, we'll explore the Uyuni salt flat and enjoy a picnic lunch there. We’ll visit Incahuasi Island for a hike and panoramic views.

At day’s end, we’ll settle into our hotel and return to the salt flat for a sunset experience.

Day 2

We’ll start with breakfast and then travel to Coqueza, located at the slopes of Tunupa volcano. From there, we’ll explore the area and have the option to ascend the volcano for panoramic views of the Uyuni salt flat or enjoy the scenery by vehicle.

Following our exploration, we'll return to the hotel, stopping along the way to appreciate the natural beauty.

Day 3

After breakfast, we’ll prepare for our journey back, concluding the tour at the airport.
