Uyuni to La Paz: 4 Day Tour
Day 1: Uyuni - Coqueza
At 10:30 am, pickup will be from your hotel in a jeep. The first visit will be to the Uyuni train cemetery, followed by Colchani to learn about table salt production and handicrafts. After lunch, we will explore the Uyuni Salt Flat and visit the Incahuasi viewpoint for its views. The day ends in Coqueza for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Coqueza - Tunupa Volcano - Colcha K
We will rise early to view the sunrise over the Uyuni Salt Flat, followed by breakfast. The day includes a visit to the Coqueza caves to see the Coqueza mummies and a trip up Tunupa Volcano. After lunch, we will travel to Colcha K for dinner and overnight stay, enjoying the views along the way.
Day 3: Colcha K - Eduardo Avaroa National Reserve
After breakfast, we leave for the southern plains, crossing the Chiguana Salt Flat and reaching the Ollague Volcano's viewpoint. Entering the Eduardo Avaroa National Reserve, we'll visit Capaña and Hedionda lagoons, then have lunch. The day includes a visit to the Red Lagoon before spending the night at the Polques Hot Springs.
Day 4: Eduardo Avaroa National Reserve - La Paz
We start the day at dawn, visiting Sol de Mañana with its geysers, then the Polques Hot Springs. Next, we will see the Laguna Verde at the foot of Licancabur Volcano. After lunch in Villa Mar, we return to Uyuni, passing through colonial mining villages, and take a sleeper bus at 8:30 pm to La Paz, arriving at 5:30 am.

Rainy season
During the rainy season, access to the middle of the salt flat is restricted. Only 6 to 9 miles (10 to 15 kilometers) of the salt flat will be accessible on the first day before reaching Coqueza. The rainy season lasts until around March or April.
