Enjoy a day surrounded by nature as you paddle your way down the Deva River in a canoe. You can paddle at your own pace while you let yourself be carried along by the current.

Canoeing on the Deva River

This canoe trip allows you to paddle at your own pace through the scenery surrounding the Deva River. We will meet you in Barrio La Tejera, where you will receive a life jacket and a waterproof bottle. You will then be taken to the village of Panes, where canoes and paddles will be provided for your trip.

The route is approximately 12 kilometres (7.4 miles) long, taking you between the villages of Panes, in Asturias, and Unquera, in Cantabria. You can stop on the shore to rest as often as you like during your descent.

At the end of the route, a minibus will be available to take you back to the meeting point in Barrio La Tejera.
