The circuit of contrasts takes place in the Chapel of San Pedro, modeled after the treasure chapel of the ancient monastery. You will engage in both wet and dry spaces characterized by contrasts of cold and heat, aiding in the elimination of toxins and purification of the skin, benefiting the respiratory and circulatory systems.

Throughout the experience, you will encounter the mineral-medicinal water pools, steam baths, showers with two temperatures, and dry and mixed saunas. After the circuit, you can relax in a resting room warmed by a bonfire and enjoy a comforting herbal tea.

When booking, you can choose to experience the contrast circuit in the morning or afternoon. You must select a time slot; the morning options are 10 am to 2 pm and the afternoon options are 4 pm to 8 pm. The exact time will be confirmed after receiving your reservation.
