Valdivia Guided Tour

At the time indicated, we'll meet at the Feria Fluvial on Valdivia Waterfront and start our guided walking tour around the centre of the city. Are you ready to discover the capital of the Chilean province of Los Ríos?

We'll head to our first stop: Plaza de la República. Here, we'll discuss Valdivia's colonial era and its history to the present. We'll continue strolling along the shores of the River Callecalle, where we'll see Schuster Docks and Foucault's Pendulum.

Next, we'll visit the Yungay Heritage Houses, notable for their architecture. You will learn about their history and why they are named so.

Finally, after a 2-hour route, we'll conclude the guided walking tour at the Torreón de los Canelos. At this stop, we'll discuss the battle between the native Mapuches and Spanish conquerors in this region of Chile.
