At the indicated time, we'll meet at the reception in the Fasol Menin Winery, located within the green hills of Valdobbiadene. Learn the secrets of the DOCG wines from this family-run winery in Veneto.
Inside the winery, we'll explore the different phases of wine production and the unique characteristics of these vineyards, a Unesco World Heritage Site since 2019.
After the winery tour, you'll enjoy a tasting of three Fasol Menin Superiore DOCG wines from Valdobbiadene, accompanied by a selection of cured hams, cheeses, and a cicchetto, a typical regional snack.
We will conclude with a glass of homemade white grappa from Prosecco served with traditional crackers. The tour will last approximately one hour and fifteen minutes.
