Chulilla Day Trip

At the specified time, we will meet outside the MYR Hotel Puerta Serranos in Valencia. From there, we will head to the Las Calderones Natural Site, near Chulilla.

The natural area in Los Serranos is approximately 50 minutes away. We will explore the stunning environment through a trek, discovering the spectacular canyon, recognized as one of the Valencia region's natural treasures. This area is known for its hanging bridges over the River Turia, which we will cross as part of our trek.

Next, we will visit the Chulilla Castle, a National Historical Monument. We will climb to the top of this Moorish-built structure, which has evolved over time, particularly after the 14th century wars between the Kingdom of Aragon and the Kingdom of Castile.

With the aid of an expert guide, we will uncover the castle's history and the secrets it holds. The views from the castle are notable.

Before returning, we will stroll around the historic centre of Chulilla, allowing time for rest or to eat at your own expense.

Finally, we will return to the meeting point in Valencia, arriving 7 hours later.
