The Hortensia Herrero Art Centre is a museum dedicated to contemporary art located in the Valeriola Palace, a 17th-century building on Calle del Mar, in the historic centre of Valencia. With your ticket, you can explore the museum using an audio guide in English. The collection features exhibitions from the 20th and 21st centuries, including Tunnel for Unfolding Time by Olafur Eliasson and Tempesta by Jaume Plensa. Significant works include Cristina Iglesias' Mineral Transit, Mat Collishaw's Transformer, and Sean Scully's installation Landline Heat. Additionally, you can explore archaeological remains in the palace, such as a Roman circus, a medieval oven, and an Islamic fountain.
