Paella Cooking Class

If you love Mediterranean cuisine and want to prepare an authentic Valencian paella, meet us at Plaça de Sant Felip Neri, number 6, at the indicated time.

We'll start by visiting the Algiros Market to find local ingredients. After gathering our ingredients, we'll proceed to the cooking venue where all necessary items will be provided to prepare the dish. The paella will include chicken and rabbit meat, ferradura beans, butter beans, saffron, and paprika. During the workshop, wine, beer, soft drinks, and snacks will be available.

We will also prepare a Spanish omelette. Once the paella is ready, we'll sit down to enjoy our meal. Participants will receive a personalized diploma along with a group picture at the end.

The activity will last 2.5 hours, concluding at the meeting point.

Additional Info

The market is closed on Sundays. If booked for a Sunday, the class will proceed directly to preparing the paella.
