Señorita Malauva wine bar, located next to the cathedral of Valladolid, is ideal for tasting wines with Denomination of Origin from the province, such as Rueda, Ribera del Duero, Cigales, and Toro. Reservations must include one of the following options, all led by a professional sommelier who will explain the wine characteristics during a 1.5-hour session.
Tasting of 4 Wines & 13 Cheeses
This option offers a tasting of 4 Denomination of Origin wines: a welcome vermouth, white from Rueda, a rosé from Cigales, and a red from Ribera del Duero. Each attendee receives one glass of each wine. Wine tasting is accompanied by 13 types of cheese from Castilla y León, including goat's curl from Tiétar and sheep's cheese with saffron.
Important: During weekends, the last tour is from 7 pm to 8:30 pm.
Tasting of 4 Wines & Wagyu Beef
This includes the tasting of 4 wines: Vermouth, Rueda, Ribera del Duero, and Cigales. A sommelier assists in identifying the nuances of these wines. Each attendee enjoys one glass of each. The pairing features Wagyu beef carpaccio from Santa Rosalía and Wagyu pastrami jerky.

This option allows you to taste 5 Denomination of Origin wines: Rueda, Cigales, Ribera del Duero, Toro, and Tierra de León, paired with a tasting of 13 cheeses from Castilla y León.
