Tour Options

Señorita Malauva wine bar, located next to the cathedral of Valladolid, offers a perfect venue to taste wines with Denomination of Origin from the province, including Rueda, Ribera del Duero, Cigales, and Toro. Reservations require selection from one of the following options, all led by a professional sommelier who will explain the characteristics of each wine during the 1.5-hour session.

Tasting of 4 Wines & 13 Cheeses

This option includes a tasting of 4 wines: a welcome vermouth, a white from Rueda, a rosé or traditional claret from Cigales, and a red from Ribera del Duero. Each attendee receives one glass of each wine. Pairing includes 13 different kinds of cheese made in Castilla y León such as goat's curl from Tiétar and sheep's cheese with saffron.

Important: during weekends, the last tour occurs from 7 pm to 8:30 pm.

Tasting of 4 Wines & Wagyu Beef

This tasting features 4 wines: Vermouth, Rueda, Ribera del Duero, and Cigales, with the sommelier guiding participants through the nuances and aromas. Pairing includes Wagyu beef carpaccio and Wagyu pastrami jerky with honey and mustard sauce.

Tasting of 5 Wines & 13 Cheeses

This session involves tasting 5 wines with Denomination of Origin: Rueda, Cigales, Ribera del Duero, Toro, and Tierra de León, complemented by a tasting of 13 kinds of cheese from Castilla y León.
