Options for the Wine Experience

Situated adjacent to Valladolid's cathedral, Señorita Malauva is renowned within the city as a premier gastronomic destination. It offers the ideal setting to sample wines from various Denominations of Origin found in the Valladolid province, featuring selections such as Rueda, Ribera del Duero, Cigales, and Toro.

Upon reserving your spot, you will need to choose from the various options available, all of which are guided by a knowledgeable sommelier who will detail the distinct characteristics of each wine throughout a 1.5-hour tasting session.

Tasting of 4 Wines & 13 Cheeses

This selection allows participants to delve into a sampling of 4 wines with Denomination of Origin: a welcoming vermouth, a Rueda white, a rosé or claret from Cigales, and a Ribera del Duero red. Every participant will be provided with a glass for each type of D.O. wine.

Accompanying these fine wines, guests will enjoy a variety of 13 distinct cheeses crafted in Castilla y León. Flavorful choices include goat's curls from Tiétar, saffron-infused sheep's cheese, sheep cheddar, homemade fresh cheese from Burgos, and herb cheese inspired by the pine woodlands surrounding Valladolid, among others.

Note: On weekends, the final tasting session occurs from 7 pm to 8:30 pm.

Tasting of 4 Wines & Wagyu Beef

This experience features a tasting of 4 wines: Vermouth, Rueda, Ribera del Duero, and Cigales. The sommelier will guide you through identifying the various nuances and aromas of these exceptional wines, which showcase the finest productions of Castile and Leon. Each attendee receives one glass of each D.O. wine.

To enhance the wine enjoyment, a delectable Wagyu beef carpaccio from the Santa Rosalía estate will be served. This remarkable meat, celebrated as some of the finest Japanese beef, is certain to impress. Additionally, participants will taste Wagyu pastrami jerky paired with honey and mustard sauce.

Tasting of 5 Wines & 13 Cheeses

This option will involve a sampling of 5 wines recognized with Denomination of Origin: Rueda, Cigales, Ribera del Duero, Toro, and Tierra de León. Guests will enjoy this wine tasting alongside a selection of 13 different cheeses from Castilla y León.
