Enjoy the five Valladolid wines with Denomination of Origin with this tasting at the Señorita Malauva wine bar, accompanied by excellent cheeses and other aperitifs of Castilla y León.

The Señorita Malauva wine bar, located next to the cathedral of Valladolid, is ideal to taste the wines with Denomination of Origin of the province of Valladolid, such as Rueda, Ribera del Duero, Cigales, or Toro.
When making your reservation, you must choose one of the following options, all led by a professional sommelier who will explain all the characteristics of the wines.
Tasting of 4 wines & 13 cheeses (1.5 hours)
This option includes a tasting of 4 wines with Denomination of Origin: a white from Rueda, a rosé from Cigales, a red from Ribera del Duero, and a red from Toro. Each attendee will enjoy one glass of each wine.
Accompanying the wines, we will try 13 different kinds of cheese made in Castilla y León, including goat's curl from Tiétar and sheep's cheese with saffron.
Important: during weekends, the last tour takes place from 7 pm to 8:30 pm.
Tasting of 4 wines & Wagyu beef (2 hours)
This option includes the tasting of 4 wines: Rueda, Ribera del Duero, Cigales, and Toro. The sommelier will assist in differentiating the nuances and aromas of these wines. Each attendee will have one glass of each wine.
To pair, we will have Wagyu beef carpaccio from the Santa Rosalía estate, and Wagyu pastrami jerky with honey and mustard sauce.
Tasting of 5 wines & 13 cheeses (2 hours)
This option will taste 5 wines with Denomination of Origin: Rueda, Cigales, Ribera del Duero, Toro, and Tierra de León, accompanied by a tasting of 13 kinds of cheese from Castilla y León.
