Las Coloradas and Ek Balam Trip

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Valladolid between 7 and 7:30 am before heading to the picturesque municipality of Río Lagartos, where we'll enjoy a 2-hour boat ride on the Lagartos River.

First, we'll explore this protected environmental reserve on the boat, observing the flamingos, herons, and pelicans that inhabit it. In the end, you can take a traditional Mayan mud bath. After that, we'll enjoy a typical lunch with a choice of regional dishes.

At 12:30 pm, we will continue the tour by heading to the archaeological site Ek Balam. In this Mayan village, we'll encounter walls, pyramids, arches, and a pre-Columbian ball game. After the visit, you'll have free time to explore the site at your own pace.

Finally, we'll return to Valladolid, arriving back at your hotel around 5:30 pm.
