Concejo Bodegas Tour

At 11:30 am, we will meet at the Concejo Bodegas winery, located on the outskirts of the historic center of Valoria La Buena. We will begin with a tour of the organic vineyards in the Pisuerga countryside, where we will explain the care of the vines and observe the different grape types grown in this region.

Following the tour, we will watch a short video about the history of the Concejo wineries and the family tradition behind the brand. Wine production has been ongoing in Valoria La Buena since the 12th century.

After the visit, we will proceed to the winery's restaurant for a wine tasting featuring Carredueñas Rosado, Burro Loco Tinto, and Carredueñas Crianza Selección. This tasting will be paired with three tapas, including cured sheep's cheese, cecina, foie gras, and tuna with onions.

We will conclude the visit outside the Concejo winery at 1 pm.
