We will meet up at your hotel at 10:30 am to start a tour of the alternative side of Valparaiso. You will have the opportunity to discover the contrasts of the cultural and human heritage of the iconic Chilean city.

The tour begins with a visit to the church of La Matriz, located in the historical center of Valparaiso, where you will learn about its role in humanitarian aid in the Barrio Puerto neighborhood.

To learn about the local way of life, we will visit the comedor social 421 dining hall to try some delicious artisan jams.

We will also visit a traditional market and one of the oldest cafeterias to understand how locals live. Next, we head to Cerro Santo Domingo, the first inhabited hill in the city, offering views of the contrasts of Valparaiso.

The tour concludes with a visit to the home of a local family for a traditional lunch.

We will drop you back at your hotel at 3:30 pm.
