At the indicated time, we'll meet by the Plaza Sotomayor before we begin exploring the streets of the city in search of the best traditional food establishments. Chilean cuisine is a delicious fusion of many European cuisine along with Chilean Indigenous Mapuche culture.

During the tour we'll visit three establishments commonly known as the popular "picás". This is the name given to culinary spaces that are synonymous with quality and good prices in Chile.

In each restaurant, we'll enjoy a tasting, which may vary according to the season. From an exquisite specialty coffee to fish calugas, sea soup or seafood empanadas. All of this will be topped off with a tasty local drink.

We'll also climb the Cordillera hill, the port workers' cradle of Valparaiso. From this area we'll enjoy a perfect panoramic view of the oldest part of the city, photo moment!

Lastly, we'll also visit a traditional market and, then, we'll end this food tour of Valparaíso, arriving back at the starting point 4 hours after pickup.
