At the indicated time, we'll meet by the Plaza Sotomayor before we begin exploring the streets of the city in search of the best traditional food establishments. Chilean cuisine is a fusion of European culinary influences and Chilean Indigenous Mapuche culture.

During the tour we'll visit three establishments known as "picás", which are recognized for their quality and affordable prices in Chile.

In each restaurant, we'll enjoy a tasting, which may vary by season. Options include specialty coffee, fish calugas, sea soup, or seafood empanadas, complemented by a local drink.

We'll also climb the Cordillera hill, the historical area of Valparaiso's port workers, providing a panoramic view of the oldest part of the city, ideal for photos.

Lastly, we'll visit a traditional market and conclude the food tour of Valparaíso, returning to the starting point 4 hours after pickup.
