At the indicated time, we'll meet by the Plaza Sotomayor before we begin exploring the streets of the city in search of the best traditional food establishments. Chilean cuisine is a fusion of European influences and Chilean Indigenous Mapuche culture.

During the tour, we'll visit three establishments known as "picás", which are culinary spaces recognized for their quality and good prices in Chile.

In each restaurant, we'll enjoy a tasting, which may vary according to the season, including items such as specialty coffee, fish calugas, sea soup, or seafood empanadas, accompanied by a local drink.

We'll also climb the Cordillera hill, the cradle of port workers in Valparaiso, where we will enjoy a panoramic view of the oldest part of the city, perfect for photos.

Finally, we will visit a traditional market and end this food tour of Valparaíso, returning to the starting point 4 hours after pickup.
