On this street art tour in Vancouver, we will discover colourful murals and participate in a coffee workshop.

Description

At the specified time, we will meet in Olympic Village Square, next to The Birds sculpture, to begin our exploration of Vancouver's colourful murals.

Before viewing the murals, we will visit a local bar for an artisan coffee workshop led by an expert who will teach us about coffee bean roasting and share interesting information about the drink. At the end of the workshop, we will enjoy a coffee from the establishment before starting our walk to explore the city's murals.

During the street art tour in Vancouver, we will discuss the difference between graffiti and artistic murals, focusing on the latter and their role in socio-cultural revindication.

After a brief introduction, we will walk to the murals in Mount Pleasant, a neighbourhood known for its alternative shops and restaurants. We will admire several murals and explore the symbolism and meanings conveyed by the artists.

Before concluding the tour, we will make a stop for a beer and return to the initial meeting point three hours after starting the tour.
