Take a boat ride, see the glorious Vancouver scenery and admire Canadian whales in their natural habitat.
Description
When you make your reservation, you can choose the type of Vancouver whale-watching tour you prefer. Both options include an English-speaking guide on board the comfortable catamaran, as well as a bottle of water and hot drinks during the boat trip:
Whale Watching in the morning
After meeting on Duranleau Street, at the pier, we'll board a large catamaran and head out into the waters of western Canada. At sea, we will enjoy views of the Canadian Rockies, the pine tree forests and spot the whales. These large mammals are attracted by the return of salmon in the spring and summer.
We will also see dolphins, sea lions and bald eagles flying over the Canadian coastline. After three to five hours at sea, we'll return to the Vancouver port.
Whale watching at sunset
This option departs from the same point aboard a catamaran for a whale and marine wildlife-watching tour at sunset. Throughout the cruise, we will experience the Salish Sea and its wildlife, from whales to bald eagles.
We'll explore currents in the Strait of Georgia and Howe Sound in search of different types of whales while learning about these marine animals.
