We will pick you up from your hotel at 9:30 am to begin our private tour of São Jorge, exploring the island's beautiful corners. Our first stop will be at Parque Forestal das Sete Fuentes, a natural paradise full of cypress, pine trees, cryptomerias, and sequoias.

Inside the park, we will head to Ponta dos Rosais, a volcanic cape home to bird species such as the common tern and the cory. Next, we will visit the Fajã de João Dias viewpoint for stunning coastal views.

You will learn about São Jorge cheese's protected status and its production at the Beira Cheese Factory, where we will have a tasting. Around 12 pm, we will take you to a traditional restaurant for a buffet lunch.

After lunch, we will visit the church of Santa Barbara, housing an 18th-century tile mosaic. Following this, we'll arrive at Casa do Parque, a museum detailing the Azores' geology.

We will continue to Fajã do Ouvidor and the natural pool Simão Dias, where if the weather permits, we will go snorkeling. You will see contrasting landscapes at Fajã dos Cubres, Caldeira Santo Cristo, and Fajã dos Vimes, where we will admire coffee plantations.

Finally, we will visit Ponta do Topo, the landing site of the first men on the archipelago, before dropping you back at your hotel at 5:30 pm.
