São Jorge Hike

At 9 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in São Jorge and take you to the Fajã do Ouvidor and Fajã dos Cubres viewpoints for panoramic views of the island.

We'll then visit the cheese factory in Beira, where you can sample its award-winning products.

Afterward, we'll begin a trek through valleys filled with hydrangeas, heather, and holophytic flora, observing the unique fajãs created by lava flows.

At 12 pm, we'll pause for a picnic lunch featuring a sandwich, fruit, juice, water, and a traditional sweet treat.

Reenergized, we'll continue to the coast, stopping again at the Fajã do Ouvidor viewpoint before descending to the Simão Dias natural pool for a refreshing swim in the emerald waters.

We will conclude our trek in São Jorge, returning you to your hotel by 4 pm.
