Tour Details

At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the meeting point to enter two of Venice's most emblematic buildings.

First, we'll visit the Doge's Palace, which served as the official residence of the Doges, the highest leaders of Venice. We will explain the political power held by these leaders as we explore the palace, walking through various rooms, viewing the great golden staircase, and admiring works by artists such as Titian, Tintoretto, and Bellini. We'll also cross the Bridge of Sighs to visit the dungeons.

The second part of the tour will focus on the St. Mark's Basilica Museum, where we'll discuss the origins of the Basilica as we walk through the museum rooms. Visitors will see the beautiful mosaics and the four Horses of St. Mark, sculptures brought from Constantinople.

After nearly 2 hours and 30 minutes, we'll conclude our tour in St. Mark's Square.
