Venice Food & Wine Tour Itinerary

At the appointed time we'll meet at the post office on Calle larga de l'Ascension. 20 minutes later we'll begin our tour of the main Venetian tapas bars.

This tour of Venice will take you to renowned wine bars, known as bacari, where you will enjoy wine and sample local dishes: a type of tapas called cicchetti. These are small appetizers, typically a piece of bread topped with various ingredients such as fresh tomato, cured meats, and cheeses.

Explore the main streets of Venice's historic center and visit its most famous bacari. You will be served two exquisite cicchettis with various flavors, paired with a tasting of two glasses of Italian wine.

Your food and wine tour will conclude back at the original departure point.
