Description

The Santa Maria della Pietà church, also known as Vivaldi's Church, is located near the Doge's Palace in Venice. In the 18th century, it served as an orphanage where Vivaldi lived and worked for 40 years, composing many famous works. A group of musicians performs The Four Seasons in this church, renowned for its impeccable acoustics and beautiful frescoes by Giovanni Battista Tiepolo, creating a special atmosphere. The concert lasts for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Days of Operation

The concert takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, the program features Around Vivaldi: An Immersive Experience, a tribute to Vivaldi and other composers.

Venice Music Museum

This activity includes admission to the Museum of Music, housed in the ancient church of San Maurizio, which boasts a collection of 200 original instruments and objects related to musical history in Venice, featuring composers such as Vivaldi, Amati, and Giovanni Battista Guadagnini.
