At 8:30 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Veracruz and drive north to visit Xalapa, the capital of the State of Veracruz.

First, we'll visit the El Lencero Museum, historically significant as a residence of Hernán Cortés' soldier and former president Antonio López de Santa Anna. The museum features furniture, personal belongings, gardens, and coffee plantations.

Next, we'll explore the centre of Xalapa, visiting the Government Palace, the Bishop Guízar and Valencia Cathedral, and the University campus. Additionally, we'll visit the Xalapa Museum of Anthropology, showcasing artifacts from pre-Hispanic cultures such as the Olmec, Totonaca, and Huasteca.

Following this historical journey, we'll proceed to Coatepec, known as Mexico's 'magical town' for its coffee production.

We'll tour the Interactive Coffee Museum, where you'll learn about coffee's significance in the region and taste different types of coffee produced in Coatepec.

At 6:30 pm, we will return to your hotel in Veracruz, arriving around 8 pm.
