At the indicated time, we'll meet on Via Leoncino, near the Arena of Verona, and enter a gourmet shop specialising in cured meats and cheeses.

Inside, we'll discuss the importance of cheese production in the Veneto region and interesting facts about the area. Then, we will begin the tasting.

Cheese tasting involves taste, smell, touch, and other senses. While tasting, we'll appreciate the unique qualities of each cheese and discuss the various ingredients and steps in the production process.

To complement the cheese, we will have a glass of red wine from Valpolicella, along with nuts, honeys, jams, and other snacks.

After 1 hour, the tasting will conclude.
