Cheese Tasting in Verona

At the indicated time, we'll meet on Via Leoncino, near the Arena of Verona, and enter a gourmet shop specialising in cured meats and cheeses for a sensory experience.

Once inside, we'll discuss the importance of cheese production in the Veneto region and interesting facts about the area. Then, it'll be time to taste!

Cheese tasting involves taste, smell, touch, and other senses. As we taste, we'll engage our senses to enjoy the offerings of each cheese and discuss the various ingredients and production steps for each product.

To accompany the cheeses, we'll enjoy a glass of red wine from Valpolicella, along with nuts, honeys, jams, and other snacks.

After 1 hour, we'll conclude the tasting.
