Strait of Juan de Fuca Boat Trip
At the scheduled time, we will meet at the Dallas Road wharf in Victoria to board the boat for a trip on the Juan de Fuca Strait, which separates Canada’s Vancouver Island from mainland USA.
We will depart from the port and navigate into the deep waters of Victoria, known as the Sea of Salish. During the boat ride along the strait, we will explore Canada’s marine environment and have the opportunity to see killer whales and humpback whales.
Other species we may encounter include seals, sea lions, and over 127 bird species. The wildlife of the Juan de Fuca Strait makes it a notable destination for nature enthusiasts.
We will return to the original starting point approximately four hours after we set sail.
