In the morning, pickup will be from your hotel for a bus journey to Bratislava, taking about one hour. Upon arrival, a 2.5-hour guided tour of the historic center will commence.
The tour includes stops at the 18th-century Plague Column, the National Theater, and a walk along the promenade with cafés. Notable sights include Michael's Gate, the City Hall, and the Maximilian Fountain, concluding at St. Martin's Cathedral, the site of Hungarian kings' coronations.
After the tour, you will have 6 hours of free time to explore the city, eat, or shop. In the afternoon, head to Razus Embankment to board the "Twin City Liner" catamaran for your return to Vienna, where you can admire views from the Danube.
After a 1.5-hour voyage, you will disembark at Schwedenplatz in Vienna, concluding the tour after 8 to 11.5 hours.
Return to Vienna by boat
Arrive on time at the Bratislava pier on Rázusovo Nábrežie Street for the boat trip back to Vienna. Departure times vary, and the tour guide will inform you of the exact time on the day of the tour.
