On this excursion to Bratislava from Vienna, you'll travel independently by bus to the capital of Slovakia, followed by an English-speaking tour of the historic city centre.

Bratislava Tour

The tour starts at Vienna Hauptbanhof station, where you should arrive by 9:50 am to board the bus from Vienna to Bratislava. The bus, operated by Slovak Lines, will send tickets after booking.

After a one-hour ride, you will arrive at bus stop Bratislava Most SNP. Here, you will have one hour of free time. At 12 pm, the guided tour will commence from the entrance of the Park Inn by Radisson Danube Hotel, located 250 metres from the bus stop.

This one-hour guided tour in English will cover key historical sites such as St. Martin's Cathedral, Slovak National Theatre, Old Town Square, and St. Michael's Gate, concluding at Trinity Church.

Post-tour, the guide will accompany you to a centrally located restaurant for a traditional lunch, featuring two main courses from various Slovak recipes.

You will have additional free time until late afternoon, with your return bus departing at 6:08 pm from Bratislava Most SNP stop, arriving back at Vienna Hauptbanhof station by 7:25 pm.
