Imperial Carriage Museum Ticket

Located in the gardens of Schönbrunn Palace, the Imperial Carriage Museum exhibits over 600 carriages used by the Habsburg dynasty. With this entrance ticket, you'll see Baroque ceremonial carriages, sports carriages, leisure carriages, and travel carriages tailored for various occasions. The exhibition also highlights Empress Sissi's life, showcasing her personal objects, including her riding cloak, several tail dresses, and her only remaining saddle.

You'll have the opportunity to see the carriage that belonged to Napoleon's son, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship. The two black carriages used in the funerals of Sissi, Franz Joseph, and Zita de Bourbon-Parma feature notable decorative aspects.

Opening hours

The Vienna Imperial Carriage Museum is open at the following times:

From March 15 to November 30: open daily from 9 am to 5 pm.From December 1 to March 14: open daily from 10 am to 4 pm.
