The Program
The Vienna Mozart Orchestra has featured the best musicians of the Austrian capital since its foundation in 1986. This year, the artists perform the works of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. With this ticket, you'll enjoy renowned pieces performed by 30 musicians, including instrumental songs and opera arias and duets. Performers appear in period costumes and wigs.
The concert concludes with the finale of the New Year's Concert, featuring the Blue Danube and the Radetzky March in the Golden Hall or Brahms Hall of the Musikverein.
All concerts start at 8:15 pm and end at 10 pm, divided into two acts with a 17-minute intermission. Note that the concert on March 31st in the Golden Hall starts at 3:30 pm.
The Stage
The Musikverein is a key venue in Vienna for classical music, known as one of the most traditional concert halls globally. Located in Karlsplatz, it was built in 1870 in a neoclassical style. This ticket allows you to attend a Mozart concert in the Golden Hall or Brahms Hall, both notable for their beauty and acoustics.
