Schönbrunn Palace Christmas Concert

From November 19 to January 4, the majestic Schönbrunn Palace hosts a Christmas concert and market. Renowned artists such as Mozart and Strauss will be performed by the Schönbrunn Palace Orchestra. Vocal performances by members of the Schönbrunn Orangery complete the experience. The concert will take place in the palace hall where the famous musical competition between Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Antonio Salieri occurred in 1786.

Categories

There are 3 types of tickets: A, B, and C, with Category A being the closest to the stage and Category C the farthest. It is advisable to book early for better seating. Note that seats are not numbered within each category, so early arrival is recommended.

On selected dates, concerts may be held in the Large Gallery, the White-Gold Room, the Schönbrunn Palace Theatre, or other concert halls in Vienna.
