Schönbrunn Palace Christmas Concert

Every year from November 19 to January 4, the majestic Schönbrunn Palace hosts a Christmas concert and market. The concert features melodies from renowned artists such as Mozart and Strauss, performed by the Schönbrunn Palace Orchestra and vocal performances by members of the Schönbrunn Orangery. This concert takes place in the palace hall where the musical competition between Mozart and Salieri occurred in 1786, with the Orangery serving as a perfect setting for the event.

Categories

There are 3 types of tickets: A, B, and C. Category A offers seats closest to the stage, while category C provides seats farthest from it. It is recommended to book ahead for good seats, and note that seats are not numbered within each category, so arriving early is advised.

Your reservation includes tickets to redeem at the food stands at the Christmas market located in the parade courtyard of Schönbrunn Palace, covering a drink and a dish of your choice.

November 19 - December 23: 10 am - 9 pmDecember 24: 10 am - 4 pmDecember 25 - January 4: 10 am - 6 pm

On selected dates, concerts will be held in the Large Gallery, the White-Gold Room directly in the Palace, in the Schönbrunn Palace Theatre, or other concert halls in Vienna.
