Vienna is synonymous with music, and the Schönbrunn Palace stands out as a true representation of the city's essence. Therefore, attending a classical music concert at the Schönbrunn is an absolute must-do when exploring Vienna!

Description

The Schönbrunn Palace Orchestra is one of the most famous in the world. Join them as they interpret the best-known works of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Johann Strauss.

Although the program changes daily, some of the works interpreted include "The Mariage of Figaro," "The Magic Flute," "Don Giovanni," "Die Fledermaus," "The Blue Danube," and the "Radetzky March."

The concert lasts 1 hour and 45 minutes, with a 15-minute intermission.

The setting

The concert takes place in the Orangery, where Mozart and Salieri once competed to demonstrate to the court who was the best composer. A magical light show will accompany your evening, with changing colors and beautiful designs. During the concert break, you can also visit the Orangery's garden.

Occasionally, the show takes place in the Great Gallery or the White and Gold hall, providing different atmospheres for the performances.

There are 4 types of tickets: VIP, A, B, and C. C tickets are the furthest from the stage and therefore the cheapest. VIP tickets include access to the VIP lounge with a separate cloakroom, a complimentary glass of sparkling wine, and a personalized programme.
