Your adventure begins at the designated time at the port in Vila Franca do Campo, where we will set off on an intriguing exploration of the island's most captivating natural attractions in São Miguel.

Our first stop will take us through the stunning Furnas Valley, where we'll witness fumaroles and geysers producing billowing steam that enhances the enchanting volcanic terrain. As we reach an elevated viewpoint, the crater lake of Furnas will unfold before us, with steam rising from its surface, situated directly above the volcano!

Next, we'll descend to the village for a chance to savor a traditional meal: a local specialty of stew cooked in an underground oven. After this culinary experience, you'll have an hour to wander around the charming streets of Furnas at your leisure.

Afterward, we will visit the Terra Nostra Garden, a botanical treasure trove where you'll encounter an impressive array of native and exotic flowers. The garden boasts one of the largest collections of camellias globally, featuring over 600 different varieties.

To enhance this splendid visit, we will also have the chance to immerse ourselves in the volcanic hot springs within the garden's grounds, indulging in the rejuvenating mineral waters. A true indulgence!
