Poblet Monastery Tour
The tour begins with a pickup by car at your hotel in La Pineda at 9 am, followed by a 45-minute trip to the Poblet Monastery. Upon arrival at this UNESCO World Heritage Site, you can download an audio guide for a self-paced exploration of the complex. During the 1.5-hour visit, you'll see the monks' dormitories, kitchen, main cloister, chapels, cellars, and the lavatorium, where monks washed their hands before meals.
You will also have access to the Royal Pantheon, the burial site for several kings and counts of Aragon, including Jaime I the Conqueror, Martín I the Human, and Pedro IV the Ceremonious, among others.
The tour concludes with a drop-off at your hotel in La Pineda at 12 pm.
