Description
We'll meet at the entrance of Granbazán winery at your chosen time. From there, we begin our exploration of the wine tradition of the Salnés region. We start by admiring the blue facade of the winery, set against the green Galician mountains.
Next, we proceed into the vineyards, where you'll learn about the harvesting process and the history of the Albariño grape. As you walk, enjoy the fresh sea breeze from the Galician coastline, potentially influencing the fruity taste of Rías Baixas wines.
Afterwards, we'll tour the winery's facilities to understand the production process. You'll discover that Granbazán was the first Galician winery to use French oak barrels.
We conclude with a tasting of four wine varieties paired with gourmet tapas. The tour lasts one hour and fifteen minutes.
