8-Day Tour of Nicaragua

On this 8-day tour through Nicaragua, we will explore colonial towns, volcanoes, and natural parks.

8-Day Tour Details

Day 1: Managua

Upon arrival at Managua Airport, we'll transfer you to your hotel, allowing time for exploration or relaxation.

Day 2: Managua – León

After breakfast, we will visit Managua's historic center, including the Plaza de la Revolución and Laguna de Tiscapa viewpoint. We will then drive for 2 hours to León for a traditional lunch, followed by a walking tour of the city.

Day 3: León

The morning is free in León. In the afternoon, we will head to Cerro Negro Natural Reserve for a 1-hour hike and sandboarding, sliding down volcanic slopes for 10 minutes.

Day 4: León – Granada

We'll leave for Granada after breakfast, where a guided tour will include local churches and a visit to La Merced Church. We will also take a boat tour of Las Isletas.

Day 5: Granada

You can choose between relaxing at the hotel, hiking in Mombacho Volcano Cloud Forest, or a sunset hike at Masaya Volcano.

Day 6: Granada – San Juan de Oriente – Mirador de Catarina – Granada

We will visit San Juan de Oriente for a pottery workshop, proceed to Mirador de Catarina, and conclude with a Nicaraguan cooking class in Granada.

Day 7: Granada – Laguna de Apoyo – Granada

We will spend the day at Laguna de Apoyo, engaging in water activities and enjoying lunch before returning to the hotel.

Day 8: Laguna de Apoyo – Managua

After breakfast, we will return to Managua and drop you off at the airport.
