Your hotel pickup will commence, followed by travel to the Los Haitises National Park. Upon arrival, you will board a boat to experience this subtropical rainforest. During the journey, observe the mangrove areas and the local biodiversity.

After navigating the inland channels, you will proceed to the open sea to see the karstic mogotes, habitats for various birds including pelicans, gannets, and herons.

You will also visit one of the caves in the area featuring petroglyphs from indigenous groups. Be aware of the endemic Boa constrictor present outside.

The next stop is Hotel Paraíso Caño Hondo, where natural pools fed by the Jivales River are available. A Dominican buffet lunch will be provided with drinks such as soft drinks, water, and natural juices. Post-lunch, there is an off-roading tour to the summit of Redonda Mountain for a panoramic view of the jungle.

The return trip to your hotel is scheduled between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm.

This day trip includes hotel pickup from La Romana and Bayahibe. For Bayahibe, pickup begins at 5 am; for La Romana, it starts at 5:30 am.

A supplement of 20USD per person applies for pickups at the Bahia Principe La Romana hotel due to its location outside the standard pickup area.
