Visit the most pristine corners of the Dominican Republic with this tour of the beaches of Saona Island from La Romana or Bayahibe. Paradise awaits!

Tour Details

Between 7 and 9 am, pickup will occur for transportation to Bayahibe, where guests will board a boat to Saona Island. The cruise includes a stop at Palmilla beach in Cotubanamá National Park. On arrival at Saona Island, visit the notable beaches of La Caleta and Mano Juan for swimming and relaxation until lunchtime.

Lunchtime will feature a meal of fish or chicken, rice, meat, salad, pasta, and a non-alcoholic beverage. Following lunch, the group will visit the sea turtle conservation center in the fishing town of Mano Juan to learn about turtle incubation and care.

The tour continues to Los Flamencos Beach and includes a boat ride through the black, button, white, and red mangrove areas. Participants can observe schools of tropical fish and other marine species, with the opportunity to swim and see starfish, with caution to avoid disturbing their habitat.
