On this excursion to Villa Traful, we'll discover one of the most beautiful villages in Argentine Patagonia. Its lakes, mountains, and tranquility will make you instantly fall in love.

Day Trip to Villa Traful

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Villa La Angostura at 9:30 am and we'll head northeast along route 40 until we reach Villa Traful.

During the trip, we'll border Lake Traful and cross three types of landscapes: the rainforest, the transition forest, and the steppe. We will share interesting facts about each of them, essential for understanding the local culture and lifestyle.

Upon arrival at Villa Traful, you will have three hours of free time to explore and lunch at a local restaurant. Bring your cameras to capture Villa Traful's stunning landscapes!

In the afternoon, we will regroup and visit the Traful or Wind Viewpoint, offering a panoramic view of the Traful and Limay rivers convergence and the Valle Encantado (Enchanted Valley), known for its unique rock formations.

We will start our return to Villa La Angostura, passing by the Amphitheater, a viewpoint to admire Villa de Limay.

We'll conclude the excursion at your hotel at approximately 6:30 pm.
