Join us on a journey to the Talampaya and Ischigualasto parks, notable natural sites in northern Argentina known for their petroglyphs and unique landscapes.
Description
We will begin by picking you up from your Villa Union hotel at the designated time. The trip will lead us south to a distinguished natural area in La Rioja province.
After approximately an hour's drive, we will reach Talampaya National Park, which can only be explored with a guide due to its protected status. You can choose from various guided tours within the park.
The Talampaya tours are conducted in off-roading vehicles, showcasing the park's red sandstone canyon. From the vehicle, you will see unique petroglyphs and geological formations resembling a monk and a cathedral. After exploring Talampaya, you'll have time to enjoy your own food.
Next, we will proceed to Ischigualasto Provincial Park, known as the "Moon Valley." You will observe rocks that look like a mushroom and a submarine, and visit the bocce field, featuring large stone spheres.
Following our exploration of Ischigualasto, we will return to your Villa Union hotel, expecting to arrive 12 hours after the pickup.
