Obrador Pasiego Guided Tour

We'll meet at the entrance to the Obrador Joselín bakery, in the town of Selaya, in the Pasiegos Valleys. This Obrador is significant for local Pasiego confectionery: quesadas and sobaos, making it a suitable place to learn about these products.

Accompanied by an expert guide in regional gastronomy, we will visit the Museo de Sobao Pasiego y la Quesada museum to understand the history of the Pasiegos Valleys and the creation process of this typical Cantabrian confectionery.

At the end of the visit, we will have the chance to try all of the specialities made at the Obrador, including sobaos, quesadas, and pastries, with a drink included.
