We'll meet at the entrance to the Obrador Joselín bakery in Selaya, located in the Pasiegos Valleys. This Obrador is significant for the region's local confectionery, specifically quesadas and sobaos. It is the ideal location to learn about the production of these exquisite products.

Alongside an expert guide in the region's gastronomy, we will visit the Museo de Sobao Pasiego y la Quesada museum to learn about the history of the Pasiegos Valleys and the process of making this typical Cantabrian confectionery.

At the end of the visit, we will have the opportunity to try all of the specialties produced at the Obrador, including sobaos, quesadas, and pastries, accompanied by a drink.
