We will discover the features that characterize extra virgin olive oil, a distinguished product of Mediterranean cuisine. The tasting will include a pairing of the oils with local products from Jaen.

The event will conclude with a drink, where you can choose between wine, beer, a soft drink, or mineral water. We will also explain how to use oil in different recipes to enhance your dishes.
