Over the course of this olive oil tourism experience, we'll try different varieties. We'll learn how to distinguish one type from another by analyzing the oil's color, aroma, and flavor, amongst other properties.

We'll also discover the different features that characterize extra virgin olive oil, a distinguished product of Mediterranean cuisine. As a pairing, we will accompany the different oils with a selection of local products from the province of Jaen.

The tasting will culminate with a drink, where you'll choose between wine, beer, a soft drink, or mineral water. We'll also explain how to use oil in different recipes. The extra virgin olive oil will enhance your dishes.
