During this olive oil tourism experience, we will try different varieties and learn to distinguish them by analyzing the oil's color, aroma, and flavor, among other properties.

We will also explore the defining features of extra virgin olive oil, a key product of Mediterranean cuisine. The different oils will be paired with a selection of local products from the province of Jaen.
