Las Encomiendas Wineries Trip

We will meet at the established time in the central patio of the Las Encomiendas wineries, located on the outskirts of Villafranca de los Barros. The guided tour will begin in the picturesque vineyards.

We will enter the biodynamic wine cellar to learn about the different phases the Extremaduran grape goes through post-harvest. Then, we visit the gravity processing cellar to observe the winemaking process. The estate produces three wines: Unadir, Lengua Azul, and Xentia.

The visit concludes with a tasting of three wines, accompanied by a selection of traditional products from the province of Badajoz.

Children under the age of 18 years old

Persons under the age of 18 years old may visit the winery free of charge, but they will not be able to take part in the tasting.
