Las Encomiendas Wineries Trip

We will gather at the designated time in the main courtyard of the Las Encomiendas wineries, situated on the outskirts of Villafranca de los Barros. Here, our guided tour of the lovely vineyards begins.

Next, we will move into the biodynamic wine cellar, where you will gain insights into the various stages the Extremaduran grape goes through after harvesting. Following this, we will visit the gravity processing cellar to observe the winemaking process firsthand. This estate produces three exceptional wines: Unadir, Lengua Azul, and Xentia.

We will conclude our visit to Las Encomiendas with a tasting of three wines, paired with a selection of traditional delicacies from the province of Badajoz.

Children under 18

Children under the age of 18 are welcome to visit and, instead of participating in the wine tasting, will enjoy a fun tasting of red, white, and rosé wine gummies.
