Wineries Tour in Las Encomiendas
Our journey commences at the agreed time in the central courtyard of the Las Encomiendas wineries, situated near Villafranca de los Barros. Here, we will launch into our engaging guided tour through this beautiful landscape adorned with vineyards.
Next, we will proceed to the biodynamic wine cellar, where you will gain insights into the various stages the Extremaduran grape undergoes after harvest. Following that, we’ll visit the gravity processing cellar, witnessing the intricate winemaking techniques firsthand. This estate is renowned for producing three exceptional wines: Unadir, Lengua Azul, and Xentia.
To conclude our exploration of Las Encomiendas, we will indulge in a tasting session featuring three different wines. This experience will be complemented by a selection of traditional delicacies from the Badajoz region.
