Hours:
12, 15-19, 22-26 June and 1-6 September: from 12:00 to 19:00.
13-14, 20-21 and 27-30 June: from 12:00 to 19:30h
July and August: from 12:00 to 20:00 h.
IMPORTANT:
Tickets allow access to the park, only the selected day and NOT another day. Subject to official opening and closing schedule.
It is considered adult entrance: from 140 cm in height
It is considered infnatile entry: from 90 to 140 cm high
Remarks:
- Suitable dress in attractions: In Golden Pond, Red River, Wave Pool (when the waves are not activated) and Sports Pool is allowed to use diving glasses, sunglasses, licra t-shirts, escarpines, water pants and caps. The use of any of these elements for safety is not permitted in the rest of the slides.
- All white-surface sunbeds are free, however, the sunbeds with the brown surface are paid, you can use them and the staff of the Park will collect it. Remember that the latter cannot move outside their designated areas.
- The use of floats is included in the ticket price.
- Smoking is not permitted in the general premises of Aquopolis, although there is a smoking area. See the staff where this area is located.
- You can get in and out of the compound; the access staff will put a stamp on you to get in and out whenever you want. It is available 20 minutes to re-enter, once you have left. In case you exceed this time, you must pay the ticket price again.
- You can access the park with food /bebida; the enclosure has delimited areas for this use (you can not access with glass containers and cans).
- Animal entry is prohibited except for dogs guides of blind people.
- Attractions are not restricted by age but by height. Each attraction has its own standards and height requirements.

- *** Bus: – Line 627: MADRID – BRUNETE. Departures from the Transport Exchanger of Moncloa (Metro Moncloa), every 10 minutes approximately. From 07:00. In working days they pass through Alfonso X University and Camilo José Cela University. This bus will drive you directly to the entrance door to Aquopolis Villanueva de la Cañada. // – Line 581: MADRID (POWER PRINCIPLE: INTERCAMBIADOR, Dársena 5 Floor -1 (blue level) - QUIJORNA. Departures from the Paseo de la Florida (Metro Príncipe Pío) every 40 minutes approximately in summer every hour. This bus will leave you a 5-minute walk from the entrance door to Aquopolis Villanueva de la Cañada.
