Your adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel in Villavicencio at 7 am, setting off towards Mesetas, roughly a three-hour drive. Prepare to be captivated by the iconic Santo Domingo waterfall!

As we travel, you'll have the opportunity to admire some of Colombia's most stunning landscapes. Along the way, we will share insights about the diverse wildlife thriving in this area. Keep a lookout, as you may catch a glimpse of one of the over 500 bird species that inhabit the skies here.

Prior to embarking on our hike, we will enjoy a hearty breakfast to fuel our day. Once we reach Salto de Santo Domingo, you’ll have time to relax by the shore and soak in the fresh air of the Sierra de la Macarena.

Surprisingly, this waterfall towers at over 100 meters (328 feet) high, boasting a spacious beach area along with numerous natural pools, perfect for a refreshing swim!

Weather permitting, we will pause for lunch amidst this stunning scenery. You can select from a variety of options including chicken, meat, or vegetarian dishes, accompanied by a drink. A delightful experience awaits!

We will conclude this memorable excursion by returning you to your hotel in Villavicencio by 5 pm.
