Chateau de Vincennes Ticket

The ticket allows exploration of Castle, Keep, and Sainte-Chapelle. The Vincennes fortress, constructed from the 14th to the 17th centuries, originally served as a hunting lodge and hosted royal weddings.

Chateau de Vincennes

The ticket grants entry to the castle's halls. Notable is the personal office of Charles V, featuring the monarch's library and study.

The Keep of Vincennes

The Keep is the main watchtower of the castle, providing security for valuable items. Visitors can view the entire complex from the tower.

Sainte-Chapelle de Vincennes

This 14th-century chapel, ordered by Charles V, showcases Flamboyant Gothic architecture. Due to an exhibition on Henri III, access to the chapel is currently restricted.

The Keep requires a guided tour, which is scheduled at the castle's ticket office on the visit day.

Free Admission

Free admission applies to:

EU youth aged 18-25Children under 18Unemployed individuals, persons with disabilities and one companion, journalists, architecture students, tourism professionals, military, police, and security forces.

Eligibility for free admission must be verified at the ticket office. Free entry is also available on the first Sunday of the month from January to March, November to December, and the third weekend of September.
