Route and Stops

The Visby tourist bus includes 10 stops at key points of interest in the historic center and surrounding areas, facilitating a comfortable visit to the largest city on the Swedish island of Gotland.

You can complete the entire route in 85 minutes or choose to hop on and off at various stops to delve deeper into this historic Viking town. The bus provides access to locations such as the Kneippbyn Theme Park, Lummelunda Cave, and the beach at Gustavsvik. Stops also include the cruise port and the vibrant area of Hamnplan.

A visit to the historic center allows exploration of typical Hanseatic architecture and churches from the 7th century.

How Does it Work?

Your ticket is valid for 24 hours. For example, activating it at 11 am on Monday keeps it valid until Tuesday at that time. You may get on and off the buses as often as desired during this period.

While a start day must be selected during reservation, you may activate the ticket anytime within 12 months of that date. It lasts 24 hours once activated.

Schedule

The tourist bus operates daily from 11 am - 4:25 pm, with approximately 1 bus every 2 hours. Please note that these operating times may vary with the seasons.
